Former CBS Internet Group CEO Joins Ooyala as it Sets its Sights on Owning the Video Delivery and Monetization Market for Big Media

Russ Pillar has led the digital media evolution at a number of leading media companies as president and/or CEO of the Viacom Digital Media Group, the CBS Internet Group, the Virgin Entertainment Group, and Prodigy Internet. He has served as a director of nearly two dozen leading private and publicly-traded media and digital media companies and currently is Managing Partner of The 5850 Group and Senior Advisor to The Raine Group, both growth capital investors in consumer-facing businesses that use digital media to drive consumer engagement.
